The Bourbon Danglers

A pair of Mid-century chandelier earrings, the citrines bright at arm's length, quiet up close. It is finished on the inside as carefully as on the face, where no one would ever look. It came to us from an estate in the Scottish borders, still in the fitted box it was put away in. It is the kind of thing you buy once and never think to replace.
